We are currently seeking two postdoctoral fellows for a project related to the development of novel quantum cryptographic protocols.
The first position is a fixed one year fellowship associated with developing protocols for blind quantum computation in a multi-user setting.
The second position is for up to three years and focuses on developing quantum communications protocols which can be used as building blocks for new cryptographic protocols.
Candidates should be creative, highly motivated, and interested to work in an interdisciplinary and very collaborative environment. In order to be considered for the position, candidates must have a strong background in quantum computation and hold a PhD in physics, theoretical computer science, mathematics or a related discipline, or expect one to be awarded before the commencement of the fellowship.
Applications should consist of a full CV, list of publications, and names and electronic contact details of three referees. Applications and informal inquiries should be sent via email to the project PIs Joe Fitzsimons (joseph_fitzsimons [at] sutd.edu.sg) and Si-Hui Tan (sihui_tan [at] sutd.edu.sg). Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the positions are filled.
